First step to create an account is clicking "Register" button at the top of the site. Next to this, you will have to fill the registration form. After having filled out a registration form, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Click at the "Activate account" button.

Safety of our users is for us a priority. The connection with page is encrypted by SSL, also we're protected from DDoS attacks. We often update our securities, making 22Bit.io safe.

To verify your identity you have to provide us your personal information together with a photo of your actual ID, and second document confirming your place of residence (electricity bill, rent bill). To make verification pass, remember to;

To withdraw an cryptocurrency or FIAT currency you have to depute a withdraw at the control panel by entering the wallet address/account number and the amount of withdrawn funds. Cryptocurrencies are withdrawn instantly, while FIAT currencies are withdrawn 3 times a day at: 10.00, 14.00, 17.00 (CEST)

FIAT currencies payment is realized by making a money transfer to a specific bank account with the description shown at control panel. To pay in a cryptocurrency you have to click at the "generate wallet" button at the control panel and pay in the funds to the generated address.

The logged in user can change his password on the settings page in the "Reset password" tab. An unsigned user can reset his password on the login page by clicking on the "Reset password" under the "Log in" button.

The e-mail address is associated with the account. It is impossible to change it in order to preserve the biggest one user safety.
